Contact us

What are you planning, building or automating?

A few sentences are enough to start. You do not need a formal brief, a fixed budget or a finished plan.

Send us a message

Company and phone are optional. The more context you share, the more useful our first reply can be.

We use this to reply to your message.

If you would like a call, add your number with its international dialing code.

What you want to plan, build, migrate or automate, the systems involved, and any deadlines or constraints we should know about.

We use these details only to respond to your message. See our privacy policy and terms of use.

After you send

From message to proposal

You decide whether to continue after each step.

  1. Step 1: We reply within two business days

A person reads your message and replies by email, with any questions that would make a first conversation more useful.

  2. Step 2: A first conversation

We discuss the problem and the systems involved. It helps to bring someone who knows them day to day.

  3. Step 3: A proposal to review

If we can help, you get the approach, engagement model and terms in writing. Nothing starts until you approve it.

Common questions

Answers before your first message

Replies, NDAs and what the first conversation costs and covers.

What happens after I send a message?

We reply by email within two business days to arrange a first conversation, and may ask a few questions beforehand so that conversation is useful. If the request falls outside our services, our reply says so and, where we can, points you to a better route.

Will you sign an NDA before we share details?

Yes. If you would like an NDA in place before discussing specifics, say so in your message and we will arrange one before the detailed conversation. Until then, a high-level description of the problem is enough for us to prepare useful questions.

Does the first conversation cost anything, and what does it cover?

The first conversation carries no obligation, and paid work begins only after you approve a written proposal. We cover the problem, the systems involved and your constraints, and ask what would make the work worthwhile for you. Afterward you know whether we can help and what a sensible first piece of work would be.
