Terms of use
- Last updated
These terms of use (“terms”) apply to aisoftwarecorporation.com (the “site”), the website of AI Software Corporation. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean AI Software Corporation, and “you” means anyone who uses the site.
They cover the website only. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement.
1Accepting these terms
ContentsBy using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our privacy policy, at aisoftwarecorporation.com/privacy, explains how we handle personal information you share with us, including through the contact form.
2Using the site
ContentsYou are welcome to browse the site, share links to it and contact us through it. When you use it, you agree not to:
- Break any law or regulation, or infringe anyone else’s rights.
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or any connected system, or test their security without our written permission.
- Disrupt the site, for example by introducing malware or overloading it with requests.
- Use bots or other automated tools to copy content in bulk or to submit the contact form, other than search engines and similar services that follow our robots.txt file.
- Send spam, misleading information, or unlawful, abusive or harmful content through the contact form, or pretend to be someone else.
- Frame or mirror the site, or present its content in a way that suggests a connection with us that does not exist.
3Intellectual property
ContentsThe site and its content, including text, graphics, illustrations, code and the AI Software Corporation name and logo, are owned by AI Software Corporation or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Some photographs are stock images that we use under their providers’ license terms. Their photographers and licensors keep all rights in them, so if you want to use one, get it from its original source.
You may view, print and share pages for your own information or to evaluate our services within your organization. Any other copying, adaptation, republication or distribution, and any use of our name or logo, needs our prior written permission.
4Information only, not advice
ContentsContent on the site is general information about us and our services. It is not professional, technical, legal or financial advice. Please get advice that fits your situation before acting on anything you read here.
Example scenarios on the site are illustrative composites of the kind of work we do. They do not describe specific clients or promise particular results.
Nothing on the site is an offer to provide services, and using the site does not create a contract between you and us.
5Inquiries and proposals
ContentsContacting us through the site, and any conversation, proposal or estimate that follows, does not create a contract or any obligation for either of us. Neither of us is bound until we both sign a written agreement, and then only by its terms.
Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive information through the contact form. If a conversation needs it, we can agree how to handle it first, for example under a confidentiality agreement.
6Links to other websites
ContentsThe site may link to websites run by other organizations. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.
Your use of another website is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
7Disclaimers
ContentsWe aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, about the site or its content.
That includes any warranty that the site is accurate, complete or up to date, that it is fit for a particular purpose, or that it will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or viruses. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
8Limitation of liability
ContentsTo the extent permitted by law, neither we nor our directors, employees or agents are liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, or from relying on its content. This includes indirect or consequential loss and loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, even if that loss was foreseeable.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9Indemnity
ContentsTo the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us, meaning you will cover any claims, losses and reasonable costs, including legal fees, that we incur because you misused the site or broke these terms.
10Changes to the site and these terms
ContentsWe may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, or restrict access to it, at any time and without notice.
We may also update these terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and it applies from then on. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
11Governing law
ContentsThese terms, and any dispute arising from them or your use of the site, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Software Corporation is registered, unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
The courts of that jurisdiction will handle any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
