Talent Solutions

Skilled engineers who work inside your team

We propose engineers and specialists matched to the role you need filled. They join your stand-ups, work in your repositories and take direction from your own leads.

A seated engineer points at his laptop while a colleague in a denim shirt leans over a monitor of code beside him, pen in hand.

Who it’s for

For teams short of people or a key skill

  • Stretched product teams

The roadmap is clear, but there aren’t enough people to deliver it.

  • A missing skill

The work calls for cloud, data, testing or AI experience your team doesn’t have yet.

  • Leads who stay in charge

Your own leads plan and review the work, and the knowledge stays with your team.

How it works

How a new engineer joins your team

  1. Step 1: Define the role

We agree the skills, seniority, working hours and first tasks with you.

  2. Step 2: Meet the candidates

We share profiles of people who fit, and you interview them before confirming anyone.

  3. Step 3: Onboard into your team

They get access to your tools, meet the team and start on a task from your backlog.

  4. Step 4: Check in and adjust

Regular check-ins cover the work and the fit, and roles change with agreed notice.

What you get

Engineers who fit your team, on clear terms

What the engagement includes, from the first profile to the day someone rolls off.

  • Engineers matched to your stack, domain and seniority needs
  • Profiles and interviews before anyone joins your team
  • People who work in your repositories, tools and ceremonies
  • A named contact on our side for check-ins and staffing questions
  • A planned handover if someone needs to leave the team
  • Rates, notice and replacement terms set out in the contract

How we keep it working

How we keep the arrangement working

Adding people to a team works best when they fit the work and the basics are settled early.

  • Matched to the work

We look at what the role involves day to day, not only the skills list, and propose people whose experience fits. Your leads interview them and decide.

  • Part of your routine

Engineers join your stand-ups, planning and reviews, raise blockers in your own channels and keep to the working hours agreed with you.

  • Your standards apply

They follow your coding standards, review process and definition of done, and pair with your engineers so knowledge stays in your team.

Fit

Is Talent Solutions the right fit?

A good fit when

  • Your own leads can direct the work day to day
  • You need extra capacity or a specific skill for an ongoing stretch of work
  • You want the knowledge to stay inside your team

FAQ

Questions about adding engineers to your team

Ask a question

Can we interview engineers before they join?

Yes. We share profiles of the people we propose and arrange interviews with your leads. Nobody joins your team until you confirm them.

Who manages the engineers day to day?

Your own leads do. The engineers take direction from them, join your ceremonies and follow your processes. We stay in touch with you and with them about staffing, performance and anything that needs attention.

What if someone isn’t the right fit or has to leave?

Tell us as soon as you see a problem, and we will talk it through with you. If a change is needed, we propose a replacement and plan a handover so the work keeps moving. Notice and replacement terms are set out in your contract.
