Privacy policy

Last updated

This policy explains what personal information AI Software Corporation collects when you visit aisoftwarecorporation.com or contact us through it, why we collect it, who we share it with and the rights you have.

In short: we collect what you choose to send us through the contact form, plus basic technical details that the servers hosting the site may log. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we never sell personal information.

1Who we are

Contents

aisoftwarecorporation.com is the website of AI Software Corporation. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean AI Software Corporation, which decides how and why personal information collected through the site is used. That makes us the “controller” of that information under data protection laws such as the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our business mailing address is 1207 Delaware Ave #1166, Wilmington, DE 19806, United States.

This policy covers the website and its contact form. It does not cover services we provide to clients, which our agreements with them govern, or other websites we link to.

2Information we collect

Contents

When you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, business email address, company (optional), phone number (optional), the topic you select and your message. We also record the date and time you sent it.

Candidates can use the same form to introduce themselves by choosing the careers topic. In that case, we also receive whatever you tell us about your experience and the roles that interest you.

To filter out automated spam, the form has a hidden field that people do not see and checks whether it was sent faster than a person could fill it in. These checks run on the site’s own server, with no CAPTCHA or third-party spam service.

Like most websites, the servers that host this site may automatically log technical details about each request, such as your IP address, browser and device type (user agent), the page requested and the date and time.

We keep what we collect to a minimum:

  • We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking pixels, and the site sets no cookies.
  • We do not track you across other websites or build profiles of visitors.
  • We do not ask for sensitive information, such as health, financial or government ID details. Please leave it out of your message.

3How we use information

Contents

We use personal information for the purposes below. Where laws such as the GDPR apply, we also give the legal basis for each.

Where the law requires your consent, for example before setting non-essential cookies or sending certain marketing emails, we will ask for it first, and you can withdraw it at any time.

  • To reply to your inquiry and follow up on it. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
  • To consider you for a role, if you introduce yourself as a candidate. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into an employment contract, and our legitimate interest in recruiting.
  • To keep the site secure and working, including filtering spam, preventing abuse and fixing technical problems. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a safe, reliable website.
  • To keep business records, deal with legal claims and meet our legal obligations. Legal basis: compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in protecting our business.

4How we share information

Contents

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

  • Service providers: companies that help us run the site and handle inquiries, such as our hosting provider and the email, messaging or workflow service that delivers contact form messages to our team. They process personal information on our behalf.
  • Legal requirements: when we believe in good faith that the law, a court order or a lawful request from a public authority requires it, or that it is needed to protect the rights, property or safety of AI Software Corporation or others.
  • Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of all or part of our business, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5International transfers

Contents

We and our service providers may process personal information in countries other than yours, which may have different data protection laws.

When personal information leaves the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland for a country that is not recognized as providing adequate protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and their UK equivalent. To ask about these safeguards, use the contact form at aisoftwarecorporation.com/contact or email [email protected].

6How long we keep information

Contents

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, then delete or anonymize it.

  • Contact form messages: for as long as necessary to respond to you and for our legitimate record-keeping. If your inquiry leads to working together, related correspondence becomes part of our records for that engagement.
  • Candidate introductions: for as long as needed to consider you for suitable roles. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
  • Technical logs: for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, unless we need them longer to investigate a specific incident or meet a legal obligation.

7How we protect information

Contents

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. For example, the site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections, and the contact form asks only for what we need to reply.

No website or internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us.

8Your rights

Contents

Depending on where you live, data protection laws may give you rights over your personal information. To make a request, use the contact form at aisoftwarecorporation.com/contact or email [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within the time the law requires.

These rights can include the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Have your information deleted.
  • Restrict how we use your information.
  • Object to how we use your information, including where we rely on legitimate interests.
  • Receive the information you gave us in a portable, machine-readable format, or have it sent to another organization.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it.
  • Complain to a data protection supervisory authority, such as the one where you live or work. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.

9California residents

Contents

If you live in California, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect about you and how we use and disclose it, to have it corrected or deleted, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. Requests work as described above.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law.

10Cookies and similar technologies

Contents

Cookies are small files that websites store in your browser. This site does not set any cookies, and it does not include analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or other third-party tools that would set them.

Fonts and images are served from aisoftwarecorporation.com itself, so your browser does not contact outside font or image services when a page loads.

If we add analytics or any other tool that uses cookies or similar technologies, we will update this policy to describe it and, where the law requires, ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies.

11Children’s privacy

Contents

This site is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please use the contact form at aisoftwarecorporation.com/contact or email [email protected] so we can delete it.

12Changes to this policy

Contents

We may update this policy when the site, our practices or the law changes. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date.
